GPI Defense is hiring EMT's for a client assignment in Dallas.

This is a duel role - EMT's will be asked to get their lvl 2 (unarmed) security license. EMT's will also be responsible for maintaining a professional security presence, monitoring the assigned location, responding to security and safety concerns, and completing required reports and communications.

Active EMT certification is required by the client. Officers may be expected to provide basic first aid within the scope of their certification when needed, but this is not an ambulance or traditional EMT position.

Full-Time and Part-Time Options Available.

• 12-hour shifts
• Day shifts include Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays
• Overnights include Mondays-Saturdays (No Sundays)
• Day shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Overnight shift runs from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Some flexibility may be available based on scheduling needs and availability

Primary responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence
• Monitor assigned areas and identify potential security or safety concerns
• Follow site post orders and GPI Defense procedures
• Respond appropriately to incidents within the officer’s training and authority
• Provide basic first aid when necessary and within the scope of EMT certification
• Document incidents, observations, and actions accurately
• Communicate promptly with supervisors and appropriate personnel
• Remain alert, prepared, and professional throughout the assigned shift

Required qualification

• Current EMT certification

Candidates should be prepared to work 12-hour shifts and maintain consistent attendance for the schedule they accept.
