Description

American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a 13-week travel assignment on a med-surg unit, requiring an active LPN license and NRP certification if applicable.

Details

• Work on the B3 South medical-surgical unit at a hospital
• Shift runs from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM

Requirements

• Active LPN license required if applicable
• Minimum 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the applicable specialty
• BLS certification required through AHA or ARC with no expiration within first 30 days of start
• NRP certification (current card from American Academy of Pediatrics, Advanced 9th Edition) required if working in Women's Services including L/D, Postpartum, NICU, Nursery, or Mother/Baby
• NIH Stroke Certification required if working in ED, ICU, Tele, PCU, Neurology, Nursing Supervisor, or other specified critical care units
• PALS certification required if working in Peds, Peds ED, PICU, Nursing Supervisor, or Vascular Access
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri)

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions for local candidates
