Position Overview

As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of Josh Whitley's local State Farm Agency while delivering exceptional service to customers. This position involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, and offering appropriate insurance and financial service solutions.

You will assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage options, claims processes, and account updates, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. The role also includes proactively reaching out to prospective and existing clients to generate new business, schedule appointments, and educate customers on products that help protect what matters most to them.

Successful candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and driven to meet goals. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
