About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Live-In Caregiver to provide personalized, non-medical support for the client. This role requires someone attentive, patient, and experienced in supporting clients with chronic health conditions while ensuring safety and comfort in the home.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care (ADLs): Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Mobility Support: Help with safe transfers, walking assistance, and fall prevention.
• Oxygen Safety Monitoring: Ensure oxygen equipment is functioning properly and follow safety protocols.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare heart-healthy meals according to dietary guidelines.
• Household Tasks (IADLs): Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, organized home.
• Medication Reminders: Provide timely reminders for prescribed medications (non-medical).
• Companionship: Offer emotional support, conversation, and engagement in activities.
• Errands & Transportation: Assist with shopping, appointments, and other errands as needed.
• Overnight Presence: Be available for assistance during the night if required.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal) required; experience with oxygen use preferred.
• Ability to assist with personal care and mobility.
• Knowledge of oxygen safety and emergency response protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be reliable, patient, and trustworthy.
• Ability to live on-site with scheduled time off.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
• Background check required.

Compensation: $190.00 - $210.00 per day
