• Sign-On Bonus:
  • Total Bonus: $2,500
  • Payout Schedule: $100 per week for 25 weeks
• Driver Referral Bonus:
  • PTL company drivers who refer a driver that is hired by PTL are eligible for a referral bonus.
  • Total Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Payout Schedule: $1,000 per week for 4 weeks
  • Referral bonus payments begin once the newly hired driver takes their first dispatch.

PTL Driver Requirements

• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs).
• Possess a current, valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Have a minimum of 6 months of verifiable commercial tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Have no rear-end collisions, jackknife accidents, rollovers, or other serious preventable accidents within the past 3 years.
• Have no more than three (3) moving violations within the past 3 years.
• Have no DUI convictions.
• Have no felony convictions within the past 10 years.
• Have no suspended or revoked driver's license within the past 12 months.
• Have no more than one (1) speeding violation of 15 MPH or more over the posted speed limit within the past 3 years.
• Any accident listed on the applicant's Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) or employment history must be verified with a copy of the corresponding law enforcement accident report.
• No SAP history
