The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, inquisitive, creative, efficient, and comfortable interacting across the entire organization.Position OverviewThe Product Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving market success for Industrial Scientific’s portfolio of products and services. You will lead positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies that resonate with our customers, enable our sales teams, and differentiate us in the market. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and execution excellence.Key Responsibilities1. Market Insight & PositioningDefine clear value propositions and product positioning in collaboration with Product Management.Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform messaging.Develop buyer personas and map customer journeys to optimize engagement.2. Market StrategyOwn marketing planning for new products, features, and services.Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introductions aligned with business goals.Translate technical capabilities into compelling customer-facing messaging.3. Sales EnablementEquip commercial teams with training, materials, and processes, including presentations, product demos, fact sheets, and customer success stories.Drive confidence in selling through clear communication of value propositions.4. Content & Demand GenerationPartner with Marketing to create high-impact content: case studies, videos, blogs, and whitepapers.Support integrated campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.5.
