Job Title: Manufacturing Production Supervisor Location: Fort Stockton, Texas, 77583 Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing facility operations, and enhancing environmental performance at a highly regulated site. Responsibilities
- Work with Regulatory Compliance to maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations affecting local operations.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Compliance for the gathering and submission processes for regulatory licenses and permits.
- Support the preparation of reports to management and to regulatory bodies within set time targets.
- Implement best practices in facility operations to ensure a consistent professional image for the facility.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in environmental waste management
- Knowledge of explosive safety and management
- Experience in process evaluation and improvement
- High school diploma
- Familiarity with EPA, TCEQ, ATF regulations
- Experience with TSDF knowledge
