RN II – NICU (Contract) (CNA)
Location: California 93405
Pay: $2,059 – $2,311/week
12-hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
3 shifts per week (rotating days)
Voluntary call
Provide Level III NICU care for stable and critically ill neonates
Perform assessments, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring
Manage ventilators, IV therapy, lines/drains, and emergency response
Interpret labs, hemodynamics, and ECG rhythms; collaborate with physicians
Educate and support families, including discharge and end-of-life care
Delegate tasks, maintain documentation, ensure safety compliance
Float to Pediatrics as needed
Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN (preferred)
Minimum 2 years Level III NICU experience
Current RN license (state of practice)
Certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP (required)
RNC/CCRN, neonatal transport, and delivery resuscitation experience (preferred)
Position represented by CNA
Must meet vaccination requirements
