Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Volunteer. The Admin Volunteer will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.
If you are someone in the middle of a career change, or have a strong passion for organisation and people, perhaps would like to brush up and hone your skills in administration, this would be a great opportunity for you !
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize administrative documents and records.
- Assist with data entry and data management.
- Handle phone and email communications, providing courteous and timely responses.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for staff and volunteers.
- Support the organization's events and activities.
- Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to ensure efficient operations.
