Dental Front Desk Receptionist & Treatment Plan Coordinator

Job Description

Our busy and patient-centered dental office is looking for a new front desk receptionist and treatment plan coordinator. If you are interested in becoming part of our driven team, please send us your resume. We look forward to meeting a new team member.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with dental insurance (verification, claims, billing)
Ability to manage a busy dental schedule
Professional phone etiquette and experience handling high call volume
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix)
Previous experience in a dental office is a plus
