Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments Develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and home programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in WebPT Assist patients entering and exiting the clinic when needed Contribute to our warm, family-like atmosphere through kindness and professionalism Collaborate with staff to support patient progress and continuity of care Travel between Middle Village and Maspeth clinics based on scheduling needs Qualifications Active New York State Physical Therapist (PT) License Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Experience using EMR systems—WebPT preferred Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused personality Reliable transportation and willingness to work at both clinic locations Schedule & Compensation Part-time: 20–30 hours per week Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly rate based on experience How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
