Job Description Job Description Woodworker - Basket Manufacturing Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Position Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Woodworker to join our basket manufacturing team in. The ideal candidate will have experience working with woodworking equipment and hand tools and be comfortable producing quality wood components through cutting, routing, measuring, sanding, and finishing. Key Responsibilities ● Operate table saws, routers, sanders, and other woodworking equipment safely and efficiently. ● Measure, mark, and cut wood materials according to specifications. ● Perform routing and shaping of wood components. ● Sand wood pieces to achieve the required smoothness and finish. ● Inspect finished pieces for quality, accuracy, and consistency. ● Follow production specifications, measurements, and work instructions. ● Maintain a clean and organized work area. ● Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE. ● Assist with other production and woodworking duties as needed. Qualifications ● Previous woodworking, carpentry, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. ● Experience operating a table saw and router strongly preferred. ● Ability to accurately measure using a tape measure and other basic measuring tools. ● Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. ● Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. ● Ability to lift and handle wood materials as required. ● Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
