OTR Flatbed Truck Driver - Western Region (CDL-A)

Flatbed & Step‑Deck OTR Truck Driver Full‑time position with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a flexible schedule. Responsibilities Plan and execute delivery activities. Prepare delivery loads and follow planned routes. Assist with merchandise installations and returns. Unload freight and complete all necessary paperwork. Safely operate a tractor‑trailer and deliver freight on time across the western region (UT, NV, AZ, CA). Qualifications Minimum 3 years of over‑the‑road driving experience in at least three states. Demonstrated flat‑bed driving experience. Valid CDL‑A license. Clean driving record—no DUI or felony convictions in the last 5 years. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range $93,300 – $110,000. Hourly base pay plus mileage and performance bonuses. Pay increase scheduled for April 1, 2026. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) plan with company match. Paid time off—two days home per 14 days worked, and a minimum of two weekends per month.
