Night Auditor

Extended Stay Premier Pittsburgh • Cranberry Township, PA, US Description The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs. Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records. Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings. Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. Qualifications Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome. Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Compensation $17 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
