Dining Servers - Kanki Crabtree Valley Mall
Kanki House of Steaks & Sushi is looking for friendly, hard-working servers who will provide an excellent dining experience for our guests. Kanki is more than a restaurant; it's the best-tasting show in town. The combination of our fun atmosphere, entertainment, and delicious food makes us the region's premier special occasion restaurant. Become part of a team that brings food, fun, and a little fire to everything we do.
No experience, not a problem. We'll train you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming service to guests, and create memorable guest experiences
- Maintain current knowledge of all food and beverage menus
- Guide guests through all menu questions and make thoughtful recommendations
- Perform accurate cash/credit handling and POS procedures in accordance with company policies
- Maintains and ensures the overall cleanliness of the assigned station
- Assist in nightly side work
What we need from you:
- Great customer service skills and communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Able to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 35lbs
- Reliable transportation, phone, and e-mail
