Community Engagement Lead for Earned Media

Dermalogica

Dermalogica is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator in California to own real-time conversations across our PRO social channels. You will respond to DMs and comments, listen to the community, and amplify advocate content to grow Earned Media Value. With 1–2 years in community management or influencer marketing, you will craft on-brand interactions, run engagement campaigns, and analyze sentiment to improve performance.
