Responsibilities
- Connect with clients by phone and virtual platforms
- Schedule appointments with individuals who have requested benefit information
- Conduct Zoom meetings to review available programs
- Explain products and benefit options in a clear, professional way
- Assist clients with completing applications
- Maintain accurate records and follow company processes
- Participate in ongoing optional training and development sessions
