Job Description Total Compensation ranging from $270k-$320k based on experience An established and expanding multi-specialty healthcare organization in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and fellows completing training who are looking to build a rewarding outpatient endocrinology practice with strong clinical support and long-term growth potential. Position Highlights Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders Evaluate, diagnose, and manage conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, pituitary disease, adrenal disorders, and other hormonal imbalances Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based medicine and current clinical guidelines Collaborate closely with primary care physicians and specialty providers to coordinate patient care Order, review, and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic evaluations Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health strategies Work within a supportive, team-oriented environment with experienced clinical and administrative staff Opportunities to participate in teaching and academic activities may be available Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology New graduates and current fellows are encouraged to apply J-1 visa candidates will be considered Spanish-speaking skills are highly desirable but not required Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Three weeks of paid vacation Strong clinical and administrative support … and more!
