We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented EVS Associate to join Woods Cleaning Services LLC . This role will be stationed at the Riverside EpiCenter but is employed directly by Woods Cleaning Services LLC, not Riverside EpiCenter . The EVS Associate will be responsible for ensuring the facility remains safe, clean, and welcoming for guests, associates, and vendors.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean facility environment.

• Ensure cleanliness in all assigned areas including restrooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, and common spaces.

• Safely use housekeeping equipment, materials, and supplies.

• Report or correct hazardous conditions immediately to ensure guest and staff safety.

• Follow established cleaning schedules and complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

• Ability to climb and work off a 4ft ladder when needed.

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies

• Housekeeping experience preferred.

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and safety procedures.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to adapt communication style to supervisors, coworkers, and the public.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Primarily works indoors within a building environment.

• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

• Frequently uses hands to handle cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies.

• Must be able to climb and balance on ladders as needed.

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
