CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Location: Downtown Orlando, FL
Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM
Work Location: Onsite Start Date: ASAP Preferred

JOB SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a professional and dependable Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Downtown Orlando.

This role involves customer communications, payment processing, shipping coordination, order fulfillment, and front desk support.

The ideal candidate is polished, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with high-end clientele in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer calls, respond to emails, and assist customers with inquiries.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and excellent etiquette.

• Process customer payments and credit card transactions.

• Create shipping labels and assist with packing, shipping, and order fulfillment.

• Provide customers with order and shipping updates.

• Support front desk operations and administrative tasks.

• Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

• Assist team members with daily office operations.

• Represent the company's brands professionally in person, by phone, and through email.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative support preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.

• Professional demeanor, polished presentation, and excellent customer service etiquette.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable processing payments and handling customer information.

• Experience with shipping, order processing, or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

• Dependable, punctual, proactive, and team-oriented.

• Immediate availability strongly preferred.
