Member Experience & Engagement Specialist

YMCA is seeking a Member Experience Representative to enhance member engagement, growth and retention. You will greet members, conduct tours, and help process memberships while delivering exceptional service to guests and program participants. Work involves coordinating with wellness staff, handling administrative duties, and maintaining a welcoming orientation for new members. Weekend and varied shifts are required; CPR/First Aid/AED certification may be needed within 30 days of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ymc
