Mechanical Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the mechanical systems and infrastructure for various projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure mechanical systems are designed and built. Your expertise will guide the success of the project, from initial concept through to final installation and operation. The role demands technical expertise and a deep understanding of codes and regulations. Lead the design of mechanical HVAC systems for projects Conduct thorough analyses of systems (new and existing). Develop detailed mechanical drawings, specifications, and reports in compliance with local building codes and industry standards. Provide recommendations for system improvements based on performance data and design review. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Licensure: EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification is preferredd; a Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred for senior roles. Experience: 3–8 years of experience specifically within a consulting engineering firm or the MEP industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and energy modeling software.
