This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and developing program where your clinical voice matters and your leadership potential will be supported. This role will begin as a part-time BCBA position, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role as caseloads grow. Some remote supervision is permitted, with in-home presence required as services expand. Why Join Utilize ABA Primarily in-home service model Start part-time with clear path to full-time salaried role Opportunity to help build a new ABA program from the ground up Strong leadership mentorship and professional development Clear growth path toward leadership roles Collaborative, supportive team culture Opportunity to influence systems, workflows, and clinical quality Some flexibility with remote supervision What You'll Do Direct Clinical Services Maintain a clinical caseload providing in-home ABA services Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Modify programming based on data and client progress Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs Ensure services are delivered with fidelity and aligned with best practices Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in treatment plan reviews and ongoing clinical decision‑making Training & Team Development Provide ongoing support and mentorship to RBTs Provide coaching and clinical guidance Support development of a strong, positive team culture Contribute to development of clinical workflows and systems Qualifications Required: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Minimum 2–3 years of BCBA experience Experience supervising RBTs and managing client caseloads Strong clinical writing and treatment planning skills Knowledge of insurance documentation requirements Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable transportation for in‑home service delivery Preferred: Experience providing in‑home ABA services Interest in leadership development Experience mentoring staff or supporting training initiatives Comfort working in a startup or growing organization Growth Opportunity This role is designed for BCBAs who are interested in expanding their leadership skills.
