As a Senior Transportation Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind high-impact projects and strategic growth. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, cultivate client relationships, and deliver innovative solutions that make a real difference. What You'll Do:

• Lead teams through all phases of project delivery—from planning to closeout
• Ensure scope, schedule, and budget targets are met while exceeding client expectations
• Champion health, safety, quality, and risk management across every project
• Drive business development efforts, from client engagement to contract negotiations
• Oversee roadway, highway, and traffic engineering designs
• Provide technical guidance and quality oversight
• Develop creative solutions tailored to client and site needs
• Strengthen relationships with UDOT and other key Utah agencies

Here's what you'll need:

• 15+ years of transportation or Utah state government project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Utah Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Proven leadership of multi-discipline infrastructure design and construction teams
• Strong networks and relationships in the Utah transportation market, including existing and potential clients and other consulting firms.

Posted Salary Range: Minimum 119,800.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 200,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $119,800.00 to $200,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
