Senior Finance Manager

Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management division seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the US Commercial Services team in Austin. This role drives margin improvement initiatives, manages forecasting and budgeting, and provides strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous margin improvement and track progress of high-impact initiatives to division leadership
- Develop detailed operational and SG&A forecasts for quarterly LBE submissions using historical and current data
- Prepare financial analyses including DCF/ROI models, business cases, and capital expenditure requests
- Generate executive presentations and financial reports with variance commentary on income statement and balance sheet
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define project goals, manage risks, and mentor financial analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8-10 years of finance and/or accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency with strong analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving with documented business results
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
- Quick learner of enterprise systems such as SAP, Essbase, and PowerBI
Compensation: $129,300-$258,700 base
