Outbound Assistant Team Lead- 2ND SHIFT

Benefits Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to build leadership experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment Support from Integrity Staffing and access to associate programs and resources (details provided during the hiring process) About the Role As an Outbound Assistant Team Lead, you’ll help ensure product is stored, shipped, and received accurately while meeting quality, safety, security, and productivity standards. You’ll also help guide and support team members and step in for the Team Leader when needed. Pay Rate: $19.50/hr Shift Time Monday to Sunday start and end times may vary. Start times can occur between 11 am to 2pm and end times can be between 8 pm to 12 am. Key Responsibilities Perform daily warehouse functions efficiently and professionally (similar to Warehouse Checker/Warehouse Worker duties) Support the Team Leader by instructing and assisting team members on the floor Step into Team Leader responsibilities in their absence Assist leadership with special customer-required projects and tasks Help coordinate warehouse space utilization and support physical inventory efforts Provide general business/operational support as assigned Lead and guide lower-grade subordinate staff Key Requirements High School Diploma, equivalency certificate, or significant relevant work experience Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, and/or transportation Ability to demonstrate leadership and take initiative Knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations, and transportation Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to pull, lift, and bend; must be able to lift at least 20 lbs Integrity Staffing Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
