Echocardiographer

We are seeking an experienced Echocardiographer to perform cardiac diagnostic testing in a hospital setting. The role includes transthoracic, transesophageal, stress, and pharmacological echocardiography , along with other cardiac diagnostic studies. The technologist will provide age-specific care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients while working closely with cardiologists, physicians, and clinical staff. Key Responsibilities Perform 2-D, M-Mode, and Color Doppler echocardiograms. Perform Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) . Perform exercise and pharmacological stress echocardiography . Perform EKGs, Holter monitoring, and cardiac stress tests . Operate echocardiography and cardiac diagnostic equipment. Review hospital systems for scheduling and study processing. Ensure accurate charging and documentation of cardiac studies. Follow infection control and aseptic techniques . Provide clinical guidance and preceptorship to students. Perform cardiac testing according to age-specific guidelines . Required Qualifications Licenses Registered Cardiac Sonographer credential required State License: Upon Acceptance Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) Experience Successful completion of an Echocardiography Certification Program OR 2 years of hands-on echocardiography experience 1+ year of experience preferred based on facility requirements Education High School Diploma or GED Certificate Program in Cardiovascular Sonography preferred Technical Skills Echocardiography 2-D Echo M-Mode Doppler TEE Stress Echo EKG Infection Control Equipment Operation Documentation Preferred Qualifications Extensive hospital-based echocardiography experience Experience with pediatric echocardiography Experience with neonatal echocardiography Certificate in Cardiovascular Sonography #J-18808-Ljbffr Infosoft, Inc.
