The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. You will work with cutting-edge medical technology and play a vital role in the recovery of critically ill patients. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Provide patient care in the ICU setting with a focus on high-quality outcomes. /n - Monitor and manage patient vitals, medications, and treatments. /n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. /n - Perform advanced procedures such as central line insertion, cardioversion, and chest tube management. /n - Interpret telemetry and hemodynamic data to guide patient care decisions. /n - Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Active RN license in the state of North Carolina. /n - ICU experience required. /n - Certifications such as CCRN, IABP, Impella, and CRRT are appreciated. /n - Familiarity with titration of vesicant medications, pressors, sedation, paralytics, and ventilator management. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
