Overview VP of Data Engineering - Marketing/Media/Campaign Analytics. As VP of Data Engineering, you’ll take ownership of the company’s data architecture and engineering roadmap, working hand-in-hand with analytics and marketing teams to deliver clean, reliable data that drives client impact. This is both a strategic and hands-on role — building the function while still in the code. What You’ll Do Lead the design and scaling of Snowflake data warehouse and cloud infrastructure. Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, dbt, Glue, Databricks) for healthcare and media datasets. Architect a semantic layer that links healthcare and campaign data into meaningful business views. Drive governance, quality, and observability across the data ecosystem. Partner with SVP Data & Analytics to connect engineering delivery directly to pharma campaign ROI . Build out and mentor a high-performing engineering team as the company scales. What We’re Looking For Hands-on with Snowflake (schemas, RBAC, tuning, optimisation). Strong Python/PySpark and SQL skills. Background in healthcare, pharma, or adtech data highly desirable.
