Job Title Assistant Diving Coach Department Swim and Dive Program Worker Type Temporary (Fixed Term) Pay Type Salary Benefit Eligible No Job Description Summary To assist the head swimming and diving coach in the administrationand operation of the program consistent with the policies of MiamiUniversity, the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and otherappropriate governing bodies, i.e., Mid-American Conference,Missouri Valley Conference. Job Description Job Duties: Assist in training and practice development and executionwithin the Miami system as designated by the Diving Coach Assist in recruiting efforts of high-level men and womendivers, including but not limited to preparing for recruitingweekends, social media posts, recruiting email management Ability to attend at least 3 practices per week with additionalduties assigned as needed Assist with appropriate record keeping for competitions Minimum Qualifications: 1-3 years related experience at the club, high school, orcollege level Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Full understanding of the rules and policies of the NCAA Experience with Dive Meets Previous collegiate diving experience Required Application Documents resume Special Instructions None Additional Information A criminal background check is required.
