- Professional degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch).
- Minimum 5+ years of architectural design experience.
- Strong technical and detailing skills.
- Architectural license preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit (required).
- Experience coordinating with engineering consultants.
- Prior involvement in medium to large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with construction phase processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
