Description Specialization: Surgery General Job Summary: Surgical Consultants of Dallas and Medical City Dallas are seeking a n acute care general surgeon to join their team in Dallas, TX. Qualified Candidates: Candidates must be BE/BC in general surgery Robotic interest and training preferred Must be able to do general, emergent and trauma surgery working out of a Level III trauma center 7-on-7-off schedule Provide support for ongoing elective and ER growth; current surgical growth is over 14% year to date Texas medical license, or eligible for Texas licensure Join a private practice group of 5 surgeons Incentives/Benefits Package: Income guarantee salary for first six months as you ramp up your practice Comprehensive benefits package Sign-on bonus and relocation package About Medical City Dallas Hospital An 899-bed hospital recognized for its leading-edge medical facilities and commitment to excellence in patient care. Located in Dallas, Texas, the medical team consists of more than 1,400 physicians, many of whom are world- renowned experts in their fields. Medical City Dallas offers nearly 100 specialties and is the only North Texas hospital with both a full-service children's hospital and an adult hospital on the same campus. Dallas is the 9th largest city in the US and the third largest in Texas with a population of 1,281,047. Dallas is centrally located and within a four-hour flight from most North American destinations. It is served by two airports; Dallas/Ft. Worth International and Dallas Love Field that combined provide more than 2,200 flights daily. AMTRAK also provides daily service to Dallas via Union Station.
