Job Overview GreatAuPair LLC is hiring a full‑time nanny in Bloomfield Hills, MI for a family of seven. The role involves caring for three children aged 14 to 8, a 2‑year‑old, a 1‑year‑old goldendoodle, and occasional care of a toddler with an AuPair. Responsibilities Coordinate the busy schedules of children and the family. Drive kids to and from school Monday‑Friday and to after‑school activities, sports, school events, playdates, and birthday parties. Assist with meal prep, meal planning, and grocery shopping; support the family’s chef. Plan and host kids’ parties at home and provide homework assistance. Cross‑check calendars and communicate regularly with the House Manager. Help with laundry, tidying, and general household tasks as needed. Travel with the family for up to nine days on vacation, splitting trips with other nannies. Provide flexible care for a 2‑year‑old on an as‑needed basis. Collaborate with the other nanny, housekeeper, chef, driver, and house manager. Qualifications Prior childcare experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple staff members. Highly organized, trustworthy, and flexible. Comfortable with fast‑paced environments and changing schedules. Responsible, a quick learner, and willing to take initiative; an animal lover is a must.
