Java Technical Lead

Role Overview: The client is seeking two experienced Java Technical Leads with 8+ years of hands-on development and technical leadership experience. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in building and leading scalable integration solutions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel
Strong experience with integration middleware and event-driven architectures (Kafka)
Proven experience in technical leadership and hands-on development
Ability to design and implement enterprise integration solutions
Prior experience in the Insurance domain is preferred
