Data Entry
This role involves high-volume data entry with a large number of requests per month. Responsibilities include inputting and validating data and uploading files. Candidates will independently process assigned work and complete daily queues.
The team is not client-facing and provides back-office support. Work is primarily data entry through manual keying or uploading Excel files into a processing tool.

- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work through a queue of work
- Ability to handle high-volume work while maintaining accuracy
- Critical thinking skills and ability to assess the reasoning behind processes

- Banking industry knowledge
Industry Background:
- Claims processors mortgage/banking preferred
- Data Entry Clerk/Specialist
Qualifications:
- No minimum education experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No overtime required.
- Optional overtime may be available during high-volume periods.
- Chance for conversion is possible within other areas but not guaranteed.
