Lead Installer

Logicool Air Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Installer to run residential and light commercial HVAC installations. This is a high-responsibility role for professionals who can execute clean installs, lead crews, and deliver jobs that meet Logicool's quality standardsevery time. This is not an entry-level role. This position is built for installers who can handle pressure, move fast, and take ownership of the entire installation process.

Compensation (Performance-Based): This role is designed for proven installation leaders.

• $80,000 $100,000 expected annual earnings.
• Compensation based on experience, efficiency, and quality.
• Required tools provided for the right individual.

• Can lead an installation crew efficiently.
• Can manage time, materials, and workflow under pressure.
• Are physically capable of demanding labor.
• Can work in high heat and confined spaces for extended periods.

• Can follow processes and policies without shortcuts.

You are trusted to run jobs with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC system installations.
• Set equipment, run refrigerant lines, duct connections, and electrical components.
• Manage crew workflow and job pacing.
• Ensure materials and equipment are used correctly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
• Communicate job progress and issues to management.
• Follow all installation, safety, and quality standards.
• Complete installations efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Schedule:

• Full-time.
• Primarily weekday installations.
• Overtime and some weekends as required.

Requirements:

• Proven HVAC installation experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor daily.
• Ability to work in extreme heat and physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean background.
• Drug-free.
• Professional appearance and mindset.
