Responsibilities Setupandmaintainprojectandjobsitefiles Setupandmaintaindrawinglogs Logandtransmitdocumentsasdirectedbythefieldstaff SetupandmaintainprojectfilesusingProcoresoftware Transmitandfilesubcontracts,purchaseorders,andotherfieldgenerateddocuments MaintainandtrackQualityControldocuments,includingpunch-lists,observations,andinspections Assistthefieldstaffduringthebidandbuyoutprocess,includingdistributionofplansandspecifications Assistthefieldstaffinproject-relatedissuesasneeded Respecttheconfidentialityofthecompanyanditsclientsatalltimes AssemblecloseoutdocumentsandO&Mmanuals Assistwithclientandsubcontractorrelationships Qualifications 3yearsofexperienceincommercial/industrialconstruction;federalexperiencepreferred 4yrdegreeinConstructionManagementorCivilEngineering(preferred) ProficiencyinMicrosoftExcelandWord ExperienceinProcoreandBluebeam Basicschedulingknowledge(preferred) Excellentplanandspecificationreadingskills Excellentwritingandverbalcommunicationskills Well-developedorganizationalskills Goodinterpersonalskills Self-starteranddetail-oriented Honestanddependable Mustpassgovernmentsecurityclearancestandards Mustpasspre-employmentdrugscreentestifhired Mustbeabletolift50lbs.
