What You'll Do Manufacture precision components for custom automation equipment Set up and operate CNC machining equipment Utilize a variety of measuring tools to ensure part quality and accuracy Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Apply mechanical aptitude to support machining and manufacturing processes Develop creative solutions for machine setups and machining challenges Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a collaborative environment where every project presents a new challenge.
