Your future can start here. What You’ll Do As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Newk’s Eatery and help create an exceptional experience for every guest. Responsibilities Include Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude Take guest orders accurately while providing menu knowledge and recommendations Deliver fast, friendly, and attentive service Ensure every order is complete, accurate, and presented with care Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room Keep beverage stations, condiment areas, and dining spaces fully stocked Assist with curbside, takeout, and catering orders Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Support teammates throughout the restaurant to provide outstanding service We’re Looking For People Who Are Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic Dependable and punctual Passionate about serving others Excellent communicators who enjoy working with people Team players willing to jump in wherever needed Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences every shift What Success Looks Like Every guest feels welcomed and appreciated.
