Salary: $50,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:
- We are seeking proven experience as a full stack developer or in a comparable development role.
- We need strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- We require solid hands-on experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- We expect experience working with relational or NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- We value familiarity with version control tools, especially Git.
- We are looking for excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail.
- We need effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- A background in full stack development or a closely related field is preferred.
- We will design, build, and maintain web applications using modern development frameworks and tools.
- We will partner with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver intuitive interfaces and reliable back-end functionality.
- We will produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- We will test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to support application stability and performance.
- We will take part in code reviews and share constructive input with teammates.
- We will stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to strengthen our development practices.
- We will contribute as a collaborative member of a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions.

This is an onsite contract opportunity in Wilmington, Delaware for a junior Java full stack developer role, with a pay range of $50 to $55 per hour.
