Payroll Accounting Specialist

A financial services firm is seeking a Payroll Accounting Specialist . This role is Hybrid during onboarding months and eventually has the opportunity to sit remote. Description Assist with processing payroll for international employees across multiple countries. Act as a primary point of contact for international payroll providers, responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues. Review and maintain payroll and employee records to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Prepare payroll-related journal entries and post transactions to the accounting system. Reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end close activities. Assist with audits and reporting by providing accurate payroll and financial documentation. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other internal teams to ensure efficient payroll processing. Requirements 3-5+ years of full cycle Payroll experience Completed Bachelor's Degree International Payroll experience Knowledge Accounting. The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
