Join Our Client as a Construction Environmental Compliance Lead in San Antonio, TX a mission-driven company empowering the planet! We seek a self-starter with a strong environmental permitting, compliance, and project management background to lead data center compliance and field inspections.

responsibilities:

• Manage environmental permits during the construction phase of the data center lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with Federal, State, and local Environmental Requirements.

• Perform onsite field inspections, provide on-demand field support in San Antonio, and manage external consultants conducting site inspections.

• Partner with General Contractors, subject-matter experts, and internal teams (Compliance, Permitting, Legal, Design, Construction, Operations) to align compliance obligations with construction schedules.

• Develop and submit required environmental reports and inspections to regulatory authorities (AHJs), serving as the primary environmental representative to external stakeholders.

• Lead compliance cross-coordination prior to, during, and after construction phases, supporting a seamless transfer of projects to the Operations Environmental Compliance team.
