Job Overview Procurement and Logistics Analyst at ABB. Remote. Hybrid remote in Memphis, TN. Role: optimize end‑to‑end supply chain operations between ABB and customers, ensuring efficient and timely product delivery. Location Hybrid – 3 days a week in Alpharetta, GA (preferred). Consideration for Durham, NC; Bentonville, AR; Pleasanton, CA. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to improve operations and increase supply chain efficiencies. Achieve financial and strategic goals for ABB and customers. Proactively identify and act on opportunities for improvement. Optimize cost‑to‑serve. Cultivate positive relationships with customers and within ABB. Qualifications Passion for supply chain management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment. Knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain. Consistent track record of driving operational excellence and achieving KPI targets. Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross‑functional teams. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment and navigate through ambiguity.
