Specialty Infusion Manager Territory: Detroit, MI Job Type: Full-time, field-based Compensation: $80,000–$135,000 base salary, plus commission Our client, a growing national provider of home and specialty infusion services, is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager to develop Chronic and IVIG patient referrals throughout the Detroit territory. This is a relationship-driven healthcare sales role focused on building partnerships with physicians, clinics, payors, and other referral sources. The ideal candidate has experience selling healthcare services, developing referral networks, and growing revenue within home infusion, specialty pharmacy, biologics, or a related healthcare market. Compensation $80,000–$135,000 base salary, based on experience Commission opportunities in addition to base salary Benefits begin on the first day of employment Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with physicians, clinics, payors, and other healthcare referral sources Generate Chronic and IVIG patient referrals throughout the assigned territory Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the local healthcare community Meet or exceed territory revenue, profitability, and referral-growth goals Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with organizational objectives Educate referral partners on available infusion services, disease states, therapies, reimbursement, and patient-support capabilities Conduct sales presentations, in-service programs, training sessions, and business-development meetings Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, reimbursement, and operations teams to ensure a seamless referral and patient-care experience Maintain consistent communication with referral sources throughout the intake and service-delivery process Address customer-service concerns promptly and maintain strong client satisfaction Support managed-care initiatives and assist with pricing submissions in coordination with sales leadership Analyze territory performance, referral trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities Maintain accurate and timely call reports, expense reports, pipeline activity, and other required documentation Stay current on relevant disease states, drug therapies, insurance requirements, and reimbursement policies Contribute to customer-service training and continuous-improvement initiatives Qualifications Proven success in healthcare sales, business development, referral development, or account management At least two years of experience in home infusion, specialty infusion, specialty pharmacy, biologics, or a related healthcare field preferred Ability to build relationships and generate referrals from physicians, clinics, payors, and healthcare organizations Experience selling clinical or healthcare services within a defined territory Knowledge of Chronic and IVIG therapies strongly preferred Familiarity with insurance authorization and reimbursement processes preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Excellent territory planning, organization, and time-management abilities Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a field-based environment Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and customer-service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint Benefits Medical and other employee benefits beginning on the first day of employment 401(k) with a 4% company match and no waiting or vesting period Paid time off Paid holidays and floating holidays Company-paid life insurance Company-paid short-term disability coverage Employee assistance and mental-health support programs Learning and professional-development programs Employee discounts on travel, mobile services, clothing, and other products Generous employee-referral program #J-18808-Ljbffr Crawford Thomas Recruiting
