Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for their San Luis Care Center in Alamosa, Colorado. The PTA will provide direct rehabilitation care following physician referrals under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited physical therapy program and holds a valid state license. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, charting, and providing excellent customer service.
