Seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative, the ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and resolve service concerns while working independently from home in Texas, Florida, Georgia, or North Carolina. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests, ensuring a seamless experience Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams as needed Monitor shipment activity and assist with operational support, maintaining accurate customer records and documentation Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience using CRM or customer service software systems preferred Ability to work independently in a remote environment High school diploma or equivalent; must be legally authorized to work in the United States
