Location: Cleveland, OH Remote 100%
Develop a modern customer engagement and operations portal focused on performance tracking, issue management, and streamlined workflows for multi-location automotive reconditioning services.
Required Skills:
- Owns QA testing for both UI and APIs across the portal.
- Validates deliverables against Figma designs and acceptance criteria.
- Develops and executes test scripts.
- Participates in sprint ceremonies and supports defect triaging.
