This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills while contributing to impactful projects within our Tax practice.Responsibilities- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences- Managing and reviewing code to maintain coding standards and quality- Collaborating with teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications- Utilizing programming languages such as Python for software development and troubleshooting- Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software deployment- Conducting quality assurance testing to validate software functionality and performance- Engaging in application development and enterprise application integration to support client needs- Applying object-oriented design principles to create scalable and maintainable software architectures- Debugging and troubleshooting issues to optimize software performance and reliability- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions- Navigating complex situations and using critical thinking to solve problems and generate new ideas- Upholding professional and technical standards in all aspects of software engineering workWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 2 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Excelling in API Management and Application Development- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis and Code Review- Utilizing Python and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) for software solutions- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices- Navigating complex client relationships with effective communication- Developing insights through data interpretation and analysis- Mentoring junior team members to enhance team performanceTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
