Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in USA. The specialist will generate and qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline, conduct product demos, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. They will support marketing campaigns by assisting with content, coordinating promotions, and tracking campaign performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospects and clients, delivering high-quality customer service, and gathering market insights to inform sales strategies. The role also involves preparing sales reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in training sessions to stay current on Nexonic’s solutions and industry trends. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and build long-term relationships. Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing, with a track record of meeting targets. Sales Management and Training capabilities to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and support team development when needed. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, CRM tools, and basic data analysis for tracking sales and campaign performance. Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in USA, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
