Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems AnalystLocation: San Antonio, TX, USA/ RemoteDuration: 11 MonthsContract description:Facilitate and guide prioritization discussions with Operations teams to align project goals with business objectives.Translate business requirements into clear and actionable systems behavior, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.Understand and analyze technology architecture, including API contracts, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Articulate the impact of technology and system flows on business processes, providing insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.Collaborate effectively with Operations, Business, and UX/UI teams to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and support project implementation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.6-9 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, experience in a brokerage or financial services environment required.Strong understanding of technology architecture and experience with API contracts and integrations.Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and articulate the impact on business processes.Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
